Listed below are all of our fees.  There are no "extra", "hidden" or additional fees other than what is listed below. If you have any questions regarding our fee structure, please Contact Us.

Monthly Fees: NONE, we do not believe it is fair to charge a monthly fee in order to provide shipping discounts.  We do not charge ANY monthly fees.  Instead we provide a low cost, practical parcel forwarding service.

Handling Fees:

$3.99 usd per package for each inbound package shipped to us.

$5.00 usd per package for each outbound package shipped from us if weight is less than 1.8 kg (4 pounds)

$10.00 usd per package for each outbound package shipped from us if weight is greater than 1.8 kg (4 pounds)

Consolidation Fee:

$3.00 usd per package applies for two or more packages combined into one outgoing package.  Shipment consolidation allows you as the consumer to realize significant savings on postage costs.  The fee is not charged on the first item in the box, only on the additional parcels that are combined with the first parcel.  Example:  3 parcels received combined into one box for export, total combined item fee $3.00 usd x 2 items= Total of $6.00 usd.

Storage Fee:

Incoming packages will be stored for a period of up to 30 days at No Additional Cost! After 30 days a fee of $1.00 usd per pound will apply (calculated on a monthly basis)

Packaging Fee:

None! We will inspect the packaging of your item on arrival and if necessary repackage the item without any additional charges for labor, only materials.  We try to use recycled boxes whenever possible (subject to availability).  Recycled boxes are provided free of charge if available.  We will not use damaged packaging materials of any kind.  If your item is shipping via United States Postal Service we will first try to use the free Priority Mail boxes provided by them prior to billing you for a new box. 

Postage Fee:

The US Postal Service rates and services charges related to your outgoing package will be passed directly to you without markup or fees added to them outside of the fees above.  If you wish to obtain USPS Shipping rates please visit the USPS Website to calculate your costs.
Please be aware that if we cannot purchase postage for your parcel on line, and we must go to the post office to mail your parcel, there is a ten dollar sur charge for this.  This off sets the cost for time and driving to and from the post office.  We are sorry for this charge.

IMPORTANT
There are fees that you must pay when items are imported to you. These fees are NOT part of our fees and should not be mistaken for fees we have added.  We get  a lot of feedback saying we charged more than was on the invoice.  We do not.  Please check with your individual post office for the additional fees that will be charged.

Pay Pal Fee:

All payments are subject to a 5% surcharge, we do not hide this fee in our other fees.  It is the fee we have to pay to use Pay Pal. Which protects not only us but you also.
